Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to bbateam@bbasdfl.org. Refunds will be provided for cancellations submitted on or before August 24, 2026.

Please note that the garage for this venue uses the ParkMobile app for payments so we advise guests to have the app downloaded on their smartphones prior to arriving. Further parking instructions linked here.
