The rebrand marks over two decades of building a sophisticated practice representing debtors, creditors, and fiduciaries in high-stakes bankruptcy cases throughout the Southern District of Florida and beyond. Shelomith Law handles the full spectrum of bankruptcy work, with particular emphasis on complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, Subchapter V cases, Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, bankruptcy litigation, and creditor and interested party representation.

He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Debtor & Creditor Rights Section of the Broward County Bar Association and is a Past President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida and former Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Commercial Law League of America.
