Josh focuses his practice on creditor’s rights, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing banks and credit unions throughout Florida. He will be focused on growing the firm’s creditor’s rights department.
Josh graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Florida, where he was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he was recognized with the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. He is currently the Co-Chair of The Network, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s under-45 division.
