In her new role, Gans will work closely with MMA’s executive leadership team to support day-to-day operations, organizational strategy and continued growth. She brings more than 20 years of experience in talent and operations across several industries.

Prior to joining MMA, Gans held senior leadership roles across the technology, healthcare, education, and staffing industries, where she led talent operations, talent acquisition, operational transformation efforts, and employee development initiatives. Her experience includes leading global teams and implementing operational strategies designed to support organizational growth. Gans earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.
