Messana P.A., a South Florida litigation and bankruptcy boutique, announced today that it has named Brett Drew Lieberman a Partner. Lieberman currently serves as the Secretary of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida. He is also the CLE Chair of the Bankruptcy/UCC Substantive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and is a member of the Federal Court Practice Standing Committee of the Florida Bar.
A triple gator, Lieberman graduated from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida with Honors in 2009 having previously earned a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
