On June 6, 2024, the BBA presented three exceptional students with awards for their participation in a Financial Literacy Writing Contest. To celebrate Financial Literacy Month during April 2024, the BBA put together its second essay writing contest to raise financial education awareness in our high schools. We requested essay submissions from public high school students in Miami-Dade County on “How can financial responsibility affect your ability to thrive as a leader among your peers?”
The winners of the 2nd Annual Writing Contest are:

- Nicole Lopez (2nd Place)
- Olivia Domingues (3rd Place)
