- Registrations, cancellations and refund requests must be submitted by email to bbateam@bbasdfl.org. Cancellation Requests made more than 30 days in advance of the conference (April 28, 2026) will receive a refund of the original fee paid less a $150 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if cancelling within 30 days of the conference (after April 28, 2026). There are no refunds for no-shows. Any requests for refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
