Development Specialists, Inc. (DSI) announced that, as a part of its effort to better serve its growing base of clients in South Florida, it is repositioning and relocating its offices to Fort Lauderdale.
The three professionals in the office include: Senior Managing Director Joseph J. Luzinski; Managing Director Daniel J. Stermer who is also Mayor of the City of Weston; and Managing Director Yale Scott Bogen, a nationally-recognized insolvency accounting specialist.
Situated in downtown Miami since originally opening its South Florida operations in 1988, DSI has experienced the same type of exponential growth that the entire region has over these last 30 years. The firm has noted that a significant portion of this growth has happened in the urban areas north of Miami.
With a strongly expanding clientele base in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and with the substantial expansion of the Bankruptcy Court facilities in those two counties over the past decade, DSI is repositioning its offices to better serve this growing market.
“Now that we are more centrally located in the tri-county area, we believe we can provide all our South Florida clientele an additional level of personal service,” said Luzinski who leads the South Florida office. Luzinski also noted these new offices will be more efficient from an operational standpoint.
The new offices are located in Suite 400 of the Pinnacle Building at 500 West Cypress Creek Road, in Fort Lauderdale. This first-class building offers easy access to the I-95 interchange, the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and Tri-Rail.
