Case Digest Database:This database of over 4,500 cases by the Florida bankruptcy judges is annually updated in connection with the View from the Bench Bankruptcy Program produced by the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar. It was originally compiled by the Honorable Michael G. Williamson, and is updated annually by Judge Williamson and his judicial assistant, Mary Maddox, and a committee of volunteers chaired by Bradley M. Saxton, Esq., of Orlando, Florida.

Recent Local Case Law: This database includes both tagged and untagged opinions from the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Florida. It is possible to sort the results by date.

Recent Appellate-Level Case Law: The American Bankruptcy Institute’s Volo Project provides timely summaries of and links to bankruptcy-related decisions from the United States Courts of Appeal.
