Dunn Law, P.A. is pleased to announce that Evan Goldenberg has joined the firm as a Partner in its Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation practices.

Mr. Goldenberg brings more than 30 years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer, including two decades practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm’s Miami office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and environmental law matters. He represents clients in a broad range of business disputes, including partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, director and officer liability matters, contract disputes, construction litigation, consumer protection litigation, real property litigation, product liability litigation, and environmental litigation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Goldenberg has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative tribunals nationwide. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and has represented clients pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions across the country.

Mr. Goldenberg earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. He received undergraduate degrees in Biology, Political Science, and Environmental Studies from Tufts University, a master’s degree in Environmental Health Sciences from UCLA, and an MBA from Florida International University.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Goldenberg is a frequent lecturer and published author on environmental law topics, including hazardous substances, hazardous waste, water and air pollution, wetlands, endangered species, and environmental insurance issues.
