Mr. Maddox focuses his practice on banking, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, with a focus on creditors’ rights. He has represented bank and private equity clients in Chapter 11, 7 and 13 proceedings, and other creditor clients in state and federal courts over the past five years, prior to joining Dunn Law.

Jerrod attended Auburn University Montgomery and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama. Following law school, he completed a 2-year clerkship with the Hon. William R. Sawyer, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Alabama. In the years prior to joining Dunn Law, Jerrod worked as an attorney at Jones Walker LLP.
