Barry continues his practice focus on in- and out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, and foreclosure. He has extensive experience in complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation, including in fraudulent and preferential transfers, assignments for the benefit of creditors, valuation, professional malpractice, and director and officer liability, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. He is growing the firm’s commercial and bankruptcy litigation practices.
Barry graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Political Science and received his J.D. from the Florida International University School of Law.
