North Miami law firm seeks full-time associate (licensed to practice law in Florida) for a bankruptcy and commercial litigation position. Associate will handle consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & 13) caseload and will be asked to draft petitions and schedules and appear at 341 meetings and 2004 examinations. Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of bankruptcy experience. Commercial litigation experience is a plus.
